Skate Attendant, Party Host, General Event Staff
The Skate Attendant/Party Host/Event Staff is a key resource member of the cfsbank Event Center team in its successful operation of the facility. The position provides customer service, duties associated with skate rental counter operation, on ice presence during public skate and other ice events, birthday party and group outing hosting, general event staff member and facility upkeep, and program assistance as needed as outlined below. Must have weekend availability
Zamboni Driver - Facilities Operations Associate
This position is responsible for keeping the ice in first-rate condition. In addition, during time when not resurfacing ice, this role is responsible for maintaining equipment, and ensuring all related areas are clean and orderly, including maintaining the appearance of the rink areas, grounds, “Ice Resurfacer” garage and other areas as assigned. Drivers must promote and maintain a positive environment for skaters, guests, children, parents, and staff.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shift. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices. Must be available to work weeknights and/or weekends
Concessions and Event Staff
The Concessions Staff is a key resource member of the cfsbank Event Center team in its successful operation of the facility. The position provides customer service, duties associated with concession stand operation during peak demand hours including various events, birthday parties and group outings, facility upkeep, and event assistance.
Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License, preferred but not required.
Ability to operate various kitchen equipment without supervision, including but not limited to ovens, deep fryers, warmers, and flat top cooking range.
Ability to prep and manage inventory.
